RETURN POLICY

Return policies for apparel and accessories.

Please use the “Apparel Order Questions” button on our Contact Us page to message us about a defective product, or a product received in error that you would like to return or exchange. Go to our Contact Us page by clicking Here

  • We will replace any product at no cost to you by providing you with a return label. Mailed to you with the replacement product.

  • If you would like to only return a product that you are not satisfied with, we will give a full refund and provide you with a return label - either mailed or emailed for you to print. There are no restocking fees.

  • We only allow the return or exchange of new products. *With the exception of an extreme embellishment issue after a wash - You must send photo examples for review. After approval, the return or exchange can be started.

  • Return or exchange window is 30 days. After 30 days the customer will no longer be able to return or exchange the product.

  • Please allow us up to 7 business days to process your request.
